Rosa and Jack were supervisors for the day. I did put their chairs facing the door after I took this photo (not that they used them)
The next stage of the cattery alterations are underway.
Having a wall in the outdoor run will enable two families of cats to get use of the run.
James and Brent worked hard all day and tell me it will be finished Sunday all ready for the first guest to arrive for the summer holidays.
Garden...
Another gentleman in my garden is Sir Tristram

Beautiful close-up, and glorious colour. The new addition is coming on well, look at that sturdy door and the power tools, every working man needs lots, Greetings from Jean
ReplyDeleteYep Brents tools have come in very handy over the years. and he is a good dad spending time teaching James all the tricks.

Love the rose and your beautiful cats, and I am sure cats love to come and stay with you.
ReplyDeleteWe only ever used a cattery once in our married life - our cat Weka did not like it. So we think of him and our own pets - to how we would like them treated. It's really nice knowing the cats owners don;t have to worry about their loved pets while staying with us.

Wow the cattery is looking great! Gorgeous rose - Sir Tristram is on my list for the future.
ReplyDeleteSir Tristram is stunning, however this bush I have little hope for - it has had a hard life living here, been dug up by a friends dog, now flowering but covered in rust - so obviously it is not too happy here.

I see you now have paying guests of the people kind!!
ReplyDeleteDoes the rose have a scent? It looks like it smells nice!
LOL yep they pay with their building skills. However I've been cook and bottle wash they like to be well fed while working on it. I haven't had any complaints so my menus including pudding have been appreciated,.
DeleteThe rose has a slight scent.. not sure if it will be staying as has a horrible amount of rust.. see if I can get rid of it - but I don;t like to use chemical sprays.
